We provide a one-year warranty on material- and production errors. The invoice is the certificate of warranty, so keep it in a safe place.
Hopspots addresses customers in the state, municipalities and the private sector. Prices are valid for one year from the 1st of January to the 31st of December. However, we reserve the right to make price changes due to circumstances that Hopspots has no influence on (e.g., significant changes in prices on basic material or currency) as well as changes due to any misprints. In addition, there will be campaign prices in the course of the year, which can be seen partly in printed and distributed material and partly on our website. No further discount on net prices is given. Catalogue prices are without VAT, freight and, if applicable, transport insurance.
Delivery time is 4-6 work weeks. Freight charges are added.
For various reasons minor changes are sometimes made to certain products’ dimensions and design in relation to the development of the product. If you are not satisfied with Hopspots, you can after contacting us return it at our expense.
Payment deadline is 14 days from the invoice date. After the due date, we charge default interest and a statutory fee. Invoice is included on delivery.
Be careful when you receive the goods. Always check that the box is unopened and intact, and that the number of packages matches the consignment note. All deviations must be noted on the driver’s consignment note and afterwards notified to the carrier.
Damages, which you notice after delivery, must immediately after delivery be notified to the carrier. In case of later notification, the carrier does not accept the notification of damage, and you must pay the costs yourself.
Complaints (not transport damage – see the section above) must be submitted to our customer service
(firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days after you have received your goods. In the case of a return of the goods, you must contact our customer service regarding shipping information and approval. Returns of flawless goods must always be approved by us. However, when returning flawless goods, no more than 75% of the invoice amount is credited – and the return freight is additional. Wrap the goods carefully if you return them. Goods that are damaged during return transportation are not credited. Returns are not accepted without prior agreement. Complaints about defects or shortages arising during the warranty period must be submitted to our customer service within 7 days after the defect or shortage was found.
